Autos of Chicago is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers maintain their vehicles. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Take full ownership of every Repair Order (RO) you open from start to finish.
- Prepare repair orders and communicate recommendations.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
- Monitor and follow up on all open ROs daily to ensure repairs progress efficiently.
- Ensure all Repair Orders are completed, billed, and closed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Computer proficiency and dealership software experience (Dealertrack).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
