Autos of Chicago is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. This role is ideal for a professional advisor who understands dealership operations, customer communication, and how to drive service sales while maintaining high CSI.
***Experience Required - Dealer Track Experience Required***
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and accurately assess service needs
- Write repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
- Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair status
- Upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and professionally
- Maintain strong customer relationships and high CSI scores
- Ensure accurate documentation and billing
- Follow dealership processes and compliance standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)
- Dealership experience strongly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge (diagnostics, maintenance, repair flow)
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation: $57,200.00 - $100,000.00 per year
