Autos of Chicago is a high-volume dealership with over 500 vehicles in inventory, located in Arlington Heights. We offer a wide range of vehicles from economy to luxury and are looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Structure and secure financing for retail automotive deals
- Present and sell finance and insurance products (VSC, GAP, Tire & Wheel, etc.)
- Work with multiple banks and lenders to secure approvals
- Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate and compliant
- Maintain strong lender relationships
- Achieve backend product penetration targets
- Maintain high CSI and customer satisfaction standards
- Work closely with sales managers to finalize deals quickly and efficiently
Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years Automotive F&I experience required
- Strong knowledge of lender programs and deal structuring
- Proven track record with product penetration and profitability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be detail-oriented and compliance focused

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
